You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it is strictly prohibited.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted. We aim to minimize unnecessary shipping and environmental impact.
2. Return Procedure
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

Register your return by contacting us at info@susanandcolinmanchester.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or international postage fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery and to avoid disputes.
3. Refunds
After the returned item has arrived at the supplier’s warehouse and has been inspected and approved:

A refund of the purchase amount will be issued within 14 days.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the product does not meet the return conditions stated above.
4. Liability
To maintain clarity and fairness for both parties:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this is the customer's responsibility.

Any errors in the shipping address must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
